shipping + returns
all orders ship from our warehouse located in the United States. Most orders will ship within 10-15 business days, and shipping generally takes between 4-6 business days within the continental US.
we want to make sure that every customer is as happy as they can be when they shop with us!
if you receive a damaged item, please contact our happiness team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery and please send a photo of the damaged item. after we receive your photo, we will provide you with either a free replacement or a full refund.
if you receive your order and you just aren't liking any of the products you received anymore, that's perfectly okay! just reach out to our team at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery and we would love to make it right! we will provide you with a pre-paid return label for you to use! please note that unfortunately we can't refund the original shipping cost, and there is also a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
