shipping + returns

shipping policy:

all orders ship from our warehouse located in the United States. Most orders will ship within 10-15 business days, and shipping generally takes between 4-6 business days within the continental US. 


returns policy:

we want to make sure that every customer is as happy as they can be when they shop with us!

if you receive a damaged item, please contact our happiness team at within 7 days of delivery and please send a photo of the damaged item. after we receive your photo, we will provide you with either a free replacement or a full refund.

if you receive your order and you just aren't liking any of the products you received anymore, that's perfectly okay! just reach out to our team at within 14 days of delivery and we would love to make it right! we will provide you with a pre-paid return label for you to use! please note that unfortunately we can't refund the original shipping cost, and there is also a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
